Trains and Car Alarms

Here's the context to this note: There's a car parked in the parking lot that this other apartment complex shares with our parking lot. Every time a train goes by I hear the noise of what I've determined to be the warning noises for this guy's car that has one of those cheap and annoying car alarms. After a few warning noises the full alarm goes off. Sometimes a train will pass with just the warning noises. However, the full alarm usually goes off at least two or three times a night. Now, I understand that some car alarms are sensitive. However, this guy parks his car in the closest parking spot to the train tracks. Our parking lot is perpendicular to the train tracks so all he needs to do is park his car at the other end of the parking lot and I'm sure that would keep his alarm from going off every two goddamn seconds. But no. He doesn't. He keeps in parked in the same place every night. NO ONE IS GOING TO STEAL YOUR PIECE OF SHIT CAR! NO ONE! So I wrote this note with the intentions of putting it on his car tomorrow. I figure the best thing to do is wake up really early and do it or just have Jessica do it. These apartments are for low-income families so it's not some snobby college student. I'm pretty scared of getting caught.
